Conference registration will be confirmed after the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Conference Office.
Conference registration can be cancelled by writing an e-mail to the Conference Office.
Conference registrations cancelled before February 1st, 2016 will be entitled to a 100% refund. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1st, 2016 and before April 1st, 2016 will be entitled to a 50% refund. Registrations cancelled on or after April 1st, 2016 will not be entitled to a refund.
All refunds will be made after the Conference.
Substitutions can be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the Conference Office at the earliest opportunity.
