Conference and workshop registration will be confirmed after the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Conference Office.
Abstract submission is only complet after registration and payment. Abstracts will be rated by the scientific committee. According to this rating abstracts are attributed to either oral or poster presen-tation or they are rejected. In case of rejection you qualify for cancellation and a full refund of the conference fee. This is not the case when reclassified from oral to poster presentation.
Conference/workshop registration can be cancelled by writing an e-mail to the Conference Office.
Cancellation by participants: For cancellations until December 31, 2023 fees will be refunded by 100%. For cancellations from January 1 to March 31, 2024 fees will be refunded by 50%. For cancellations of the conference and/or workshop on or after April 1st, 2024 fees will not be refund.
To switch from onsite to online participation is possible anytime. Until March 31, 2024 you will get refunded € 20.00 (50% of the difference). On or after April 1, 2024 no refund will be given.
All refunds will be made after the conference !
Cancellation by the organizer: If the conference and/or the workshop has to be cancelled by the organizer by any reason conference and workshop fees will be entitled by 100%. If an alternative is offered (including a online conference or workshop) fees will be transfered to the new event. If the alternative is not feasible for the participant he/she is free to cancel the registration until a given deadline and will get refunded by 80%.
Substitutions can be made at any time. If you wish to substitute your participation, please contact the Conference Office at the earliest opportunity.
The conference program is subject to change.
We do not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property.
The data you provide will be used exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract and for sending information about the future events by the Research Institute for Spirituality and Health. They are mainly shared by our newsletter (e-letter, pdf). The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties except to the WHOVA conference platform.
Participants are hereby informed that photographs, videos and audio recordings of conference participants may be taken during the conference and published via various channels (web, trade journals and/or other publications). By registering and accepting Terms and Conditions, participants agree to the use or publication of these recordings. The same is true to online participants (contact details on Zoom or Whova).
