A. Registration Process

Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Conference Office.

B. Cancellation Policy

Conference registration can be cancelled only in writing an e-mail to the Conference Office.

Conference registrations cancelled before March 1st, 2008 will be entitled to a 100% refund.
Registrations cancelled on or after March 1st, 2008 and before April 1st, 2008 will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Registrations cancelled on or after March 1st, 2008 will not be entitled to a refund.

All refunds will be made after the Conference.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the Conference Office at the earliest opportunity.

C. Conference Program

Conference program is subject to change.

D. Personal Property

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
