Guidelines for poster presentations

Online participants

Posters will be available online on the whova platform during the whole conference.

They will be available in the virtual poster session on friday, 1-2pm. One month ahead of the conference you will get access to upload your poster as a pdf in portrait/uprith format. For the structuring of text, tables, graphes and images there are no guidelines. Additionally you can upload your bio and further information.

Participants can contact you during the whole conference for questions or discussions.

On-site participants

Posters have to be printed in DIN A1 poster format (portrait/upright) and brought along. For the structuring of text, tables, graphes and images there are no guidelines. Upon arrival please contact the registration desk for further information on the poster exhibition.

Posters will be exhibited during the whole conference in the poster hall.

An on-site poster session will be held on friday, 1-2pm. You will have 3 minutes to present your poster, followed by 2 minutes of discussion.
