Contribute to the conference by submitting an abstract !
Abstract submission deadline is November 30, 2025. If you submit an abstract you also have to register and to pay, otherwise your submission is not valid. In case of non-acceptance of your abstract you are free to cancel your conference registration and you will be fully refunded.
Information on the review process
Abstracts will be reviewed by three independent reviewers. The review process will begin after the submission deadline. Depending on the number of abstracts received, the review may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Notifications regarding acceptance will therefore be sent between January 15 and January 31, 2026. Based on the evaluation, abstracts will be assigned either to an oral presentation or a poster presentation. Therefore, oral presentations are not guaranteed.
