Conference registration will be confirmed after the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Conference Office.
In order to register with the reduced early fee, registration must take place before December 1st, 2017, and fee payment must be received before December 8th, 2017.
Conference registration can be cancelled by writing an e-mail to the Conference Office.
Conference registrations cancelled before February 1st, 2018 will be entitled to a 100% refund. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1st, 2018 and before April 1st, 2018 will be entitled to a 50% refund. Registrations cancelled on or after April 1st, 2018 will not be entitled to a refund.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
Substitutions can be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the Conference Office at the earliest opportunity.
